Well, our little one’s due date came and went (the 21st). My family has been in Boston this week visiting, but it looks like our little Evie doesn’t want to join us just yet. 🙂 Honestly, I am not too uncomfortable other than occasional hip and lower back pains, so I feel lucky that I am still able to enjoy my family being here even if Evie doesn’t arrive before they leave Sunday.
If I don’t have her by Monday, we are going to the hospital to be induced. It’s so crazy to think she will actually be here in my arms in just a few days! Seems like I’ve gone over my to-do list again and again to prepare for her arrival, but I am learning there’s not much more I can prepare for without having her here to learn.
Nursery decor update: how adorable is the stained glass bunting in the photo above from Holly Hutchenson in Somerville, MA?! We couldn’t figure out what to place on that wall because I felt like we already had a lot going on with the other walls filled with art + shelves… but the bunting is perfect!
Can’t wait to share photos of our little girl when she arrives, but in the meantime there will be other posts scheduled while we are in the hospital!
