Here is a blog post by the lovely Elise Ostermann of Hey, Sweet Pea.

First of all, let me say that Jessica is one of my favorites. Seriously. I love her style, I love her creativity, and I love her enthusiasm for life! I was honored to design for her amazing new company, With Love, Design, but I’m even more honored to call her a friend.
My name is Elise Ostermann  and I am currently the Art Director at Hey, Sweet Pea.  I specialize in branding + design and my fiancé, Scott, specializes in video + animation. Needless to say, we are quite the creative duo!  We work a lot. And when I say a lot, I mean, all the time. Running a small business is a lot of work, but we are loving every step of it! 2012 promises lots of amazing moments for us: marriage, new apartment, adopting a dog, traveling more, AND expanding our business into new and amazing areas of branding and brand coaching.

For a job that’s so visually stimulating and creatively taxing, I have to make sure and stay inspired all the time. I’m constantly scouring blogs, Facebook pages, Pinterest, gawker.com sites like: http://dwellinggawker.com, http://craftgawker.com, etc.).  Finding inspiration from things, other than design, has proved to be so beneficial to my projects and the health of me as a creative/artist.
Jessica asked me to share some of my recent favorites. So I thought I’d not only share what I’ve been loving, BUT I scoured the interwebs for ways you could create my favorites from home! Hopefully you’ll leave inspired and a little healthier from such creative stimulation.
